Handle changed RegID
Occasionally student records are assigned new RegIDs. The system is aware of these records because when you search the old RegID in the SWS person resource a link to the person record using the new RegID is provided.
Suggest either
Have resources like registration, enrollment support the old RegID.
Have the empty response representation include the fact that the queried RegID has a replacement value.
