Add field to Course Section representation for self sustaining flag
Self sustaining flag is per section attribute, available in SDB (EDW) on table sectimeschedule in field called self_sustaining. Important data for departmental planning and for display to students.

The course section attribute "Institute name" has a value of "UW PROFESSIONAL AND CONTINUING EDUCATION" when a section is offered through UWEO. This gets us what we need for almost all of our records.

Check out the attribute FeeBaseType in the Registration resource. I know its not section but thought I mention it in case it will work out.
