student financial need info
Any time a student applies for a scholarship or fellowship, their financial need must be determined. I'd like to see column uwneed in table sfevaluation, database UWSDB, exposed to web services.

Just to throw in my thoughts -- this would be incredibly helpful. I'm not looking for ALL financial info (I don't want to get into that), but simply knowing if there is need, if they've submitted a FAFSA, etc. would be very helpful and save us from making lots of unnecessary phone calls to OSFA.
