Provide SLN availability within Term Resource
We do a few things based on SLN, and if you query section info too soon the SLN's are 0000.
What I'm doing now is making sure I don't query courses based on the relevant terms "registrationservicesstart" via the Term resource, which is more than a month after SNL availability noted here http://depts.washington.edu/registra/staffFaculty/calendars/tscal1011.php. This solution is a little hacky and I would love something more integrated.

SLN not SNL in "a month after SNL"...sorry, didn't want you to think I was referring to comedy courses (Saturday Night Live).
