Create an electronic hardship withdrawal form for students
Currently students must fill out a paper-based form for a hardship withdrawal request. This form is also processed by the Office of the Registrar manually, and information is stored in a local database. Moving this process to an electronic form and workflow would increase efficiencies for both students, and the staff that process the form.
